Subscriptions & Billing
Q: How does the subscription work?
A: Simply choose the Starter Box (£24.99) or Premium Box (£34.99). You’ll be billed monthly, and your box will be shipped during the first week of each month.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes — there are no contracts. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@autocareclub.co.uk.
Q: Can I switch between Starter and Premium?
A: Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime before your next billing date.
Q: When will I be charged?
A: You’ll be charged on the day you first subscribe, and then monthly on that same date.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How much is delivery?
A: Free UK delivery is included with every subscription.
Q: When will my box arrive?
A: We dispatch all boxes in the first week of each month. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we only ship within the UK. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon.
Q: Can I track my delivery?
A: Yes. As soon as your box ships, we’ll send you a tracking link by email.
What’s Inside the Box
Q: What products will I receive?
A: Each month is different, but you’ll always get high-quality car care products worth more than your subscription price. Starter Boxes contain 4-5 products; Premium Boxes contain 7-8 products, including advanced items like ceramic sprays and snow foams.
Q: Are the products full size?
A: Yes — we send full-size retail products, not tiny samples.
Q: Do I get the same products every month?
A: No. Every month is unique, so you’ll discover new products while still receiving essentials.
Q: Can I buy just one box without subscribing?
A: Currently our boxes are subscription-only, but you can cancel anytime — even after your first month.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What if my box arrives damaged?
A: If your box or products arrive damaged, email us at support@autocareclub.co.uk and we’ll replace them free of charge.
Q: Can I return my box?
A: Yes. If your box is unopened, you can return it within 14 days for a refund.
Q: What if I don’t like the products?
A: We carefully select products each month, but if something isn’t right, just let us know — we’ll do our best to put it right.

Q: How do I manage my subscription?
A: Log in to your AutoCare Club account at any time to manage your plan, update payment details, or cancel.
Q: I forgot my password — what should I do?
A: Click “Forgot password” on the login page to reset it instantly.
